Message Board - Hiatus

Hi Citizens,

As many of our regular Message Board members are aware, we have been experiencing a series of ongoing and incredibly frustrating “errors” that have severely impacted the user experience and general usability of our site.

It’s fair to say that the internet has certainly evolved around us in the two decades and counting that we have been flying the flag for our beloved ‘66 Batman Television Series on our Message Board.

The issues and errors we are dealing with are the result of a sustained overload of sophisticated bot traffic that continues to overburden our site/server—to the tune of 5000% at certain times, no less.

Despite this, our hosting company has not yet provided a viable solution to the issue.

As of Monday 4th May, 2026, Scott and I have taken the decision to place the Message Board on a temporary hiatus as we pursue a stable, sustainable long-term solution.

So for now, please stay tuned for updates.
