Re: Vintage Yvonne quotes from July 1967

S...

Re: RIP Malachi Throne, aka False Face
RIP Malachi! I remember meeting him in Detroit in 2006, and it was a memorable time, just as his episode was one of the very best ever produced. My prayers and condolences go out to his family.

Eight years ago today ...
Today marks the eighth anniversary of my seeing Good Night, Gracie at the Hershey Theatre in Hershey, PA. The show was significant in that it was one of the final performances that Frank Gorshin, our Riddler, gave. Frank's performance was amazing, to say the least. Sadly, I never got the chance to ...

Re: A Question of Degrees
I think the show might have lasted longer, had it become less tied down to a formula, and had retained the discipline of Season One. I keep thinking of the longevity of Adventures of Superman, but it is very hard to say, because there were too many variables at work.

Re: First Time You Saw the Show and How Did You Feel?
I was 6½ years old on 12-13 January 1966, and in the very room where I am writing this message. I remember how magical this all felt. If I remember correctly, I was already catching Adventures of Superman on WPIX, so the idea of superheroes was not alien to me. But I could sense that, despite watch...
