Re: My New 13th Dimension Article: 13 THINGS to Love About KLAUS JANSON

Whoa! Misread that at first and thought it was '13 Things to Love About Klaus Nomi'! Then again, Nomi could have been a Bat-villain. Part Joker - Part Penguin?

Re: Best Series " Stunt"

I'm in agreement with all the ones Andy mentioned. I would also add from the first Joker appearance when Batman and Robin swoop down on Bat-ropes to grab Joker after his Pagliacci song. That was pure 'straight outta the comics' stuff.

Re: For those of you who don't cosplay-- have you ever considered it?

Years back around 2010 or so I seriously considered designing and making a perfect costume reproduction of a real-life '70s Neal Adams Batman. I've seen a couple that were close but never spot-on as it were. The Cons I attended usually had Batmen in store-bought rubber suits. I have the height and ...

Re: Color Question.

On my TVs in the late '60s and '70s I always saw Adam in dark blue as well as the grey costume so that description line always perplexed me whenever I watched the episode. One would think someone on staff would have corrected the writer or his script when the time came. Cesar, however, always had ...

Re: Ian's artwork

Really great art, Ian. I very much admire that Batgirl clock and love that Robin collage from your friend. It perfectly captures the aura of late 1960s artwork. Looking at it kinda makes one feel like they're back there in that time frame for a couple seconds. The Aquaman clock is cool and original ...

Re: Emerald City ComicCon

Bemor 32 that photo is awesome! You'll do great at the 'con. Actually, you could be a double for Adam as you look so much like him and that's not easy to pull off.

Re: Riddler parking lot scene comparison - HI DIDDLE RIDDLE vs A RIDDLE A DAY

I remember watching the prime-time broadcast of 'A Riddle A Day' back when I was a schnick and the Riddler scared the living beejesus outta me when his head popped out of the manhole in the distance. A lot of my friends found the Joker scarier what with Cesar's brilliant maniacal eyes, smile, and ...

Re: The West Overlooks Gotham

I'm sure it's A.I. as well. I'm generally not a fan of A.I., but this one works and, my opinion only, supersedes Lee's version. I find it makes a great argument to anyone that claims Adam West's Batman couldn't hold it's own against "more serious" versions. Imagine if Dozier decided not to go the ...

Re: AI Scene-Barbara Rhoades as Poison Ivy

I can't say I'm a big AI fan but there's something about it. Watching AI Batman clips on YouTube it's funny how the programming can do renditions of Batman and various other characters better than anything Hollyweird is capable of (or has been). That said, this works great, especially as I always ...

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?

Always love seeing comics from other places, especially their versions of American titles and characters. Thanks, Andy.
