Re: Where to get a green Chesterfield coat

Thanks for the info on this. I am working on my own Green Hornet costume and was thinking of making my own coat. I have been checking the second hand shops like Goodwill and Savers for something similar, but no luck, as of yet.

Re: Britt Reids car

Judging from some of the photos I could find, it could be one of a few colors. I found a list of the paint colors for Chrysler for 1966, and it looks like it could be either Ivory, Persian White, or Daffodil Yellow. Television cameras did not always reflect the true color of the vehicle. Here is whe...

Re: "Where have you been, Scott?" A Video Message to the Board

Glad to see things are well with you Scott, I still enjoy this board, made some great friends here! I tend to be more of a lurker lately, but have some stuff that I am working on that I will be posting about soon.

Re: Will Adam West be in the "Deaths of the Year" section of the Oscars?

Adam's work was mostly television with some work in film. He was highlighted in the 2017 Emmy Awards memorial reel back in September. I know they showed Roger Moore, while he did a lot of television, he also did a lot of movies.

Looks great!! Those patterns by Chuck and Lynne Williams are awesome! I did the same as you with plenty of youtube videos, I also took a sewing lesson at Joann Fabrics. Keep up the great work!

Re: Bat Mobile J Model

I looked up the Datsun 240Z model kit, it is 1:25th scale, which is close enough to 1:24th. I've built a lot of car models, you won't know the difference. Good luck with the project, looking forward to seeing pictures.

Re: Bat Mobile J Model

Looking at it more, it also has the front look of a 1960's Porsche 911. It is going to require a lot of kit bashing.

Re: Bat Mobile J Model

I was unfamiliar with this car, as I stopped collecting comics many years ago, but did find a picture which I attached. It looks very much like a 1960's Datsun 240Z, which I also attached a picture of. It can be done, but would need a lot of body modifications, which can be very intimidating to a no...

Robin Vest - My First Sewing Project

I made this Robin vest for my son for Halloween and for future Comic Conventions. This was my first time sewing a serious project (though my wife helped me with the collar). I did take a sewing class with my daughter about two months ago, and made a pillowcase, but that was the extent of my sewing e...
