Re: Wayne manor Hot line phone

Hey Chuck,
Just a an Idea for you. It's gets a bit involved but if you use a dimmer switch on your lamp you can dial in the brightness to your liking and then use a a light meter to find the correct wattage or lumens for an LED bulb. Or just eyeball it.
Good Luck, It's Looking Great. :D

WOW! I can 't believe you did that. :o
Totally understandable though, Wow, 170 years, what a constitution you have.
Funny how nuts and bolts haven't changed over 170 years  someone had a good idea.
Looks great Chuck.

Re: Green Hornet Pin Set at Factory Entertainment

Contacted Factory Entertainment about the size of the pins. I was told they are 1 1/2 inches at their widest point . That would make them about the size in my picture.

Re: Green Hornet Pin Set at Factory Entertainment

But What SIZE are they?? That's one thing that has stopped me so far. I would like an idea of how big they are and what exactly I'm buying. The size of a penny? not worth 20.00, the size or a quarter, a fifty cent piece? I always hate when hey don't give a complete description of something.

Re: Surf's Up

They are up coming statues being done by IRON Studios. I believe a 1/10th scale.
No price point announced as of yet or pre-order date set. They look very nicely done though.
Iron Studios has done some great stuff, their Christopher Reeve statue was very nice and sold out.

Re: Wayne manor Hot line phone

Hi Chuck,
I think your guess is right. A 1 1/2 to 2 inch base would be right. Here are some reference photos I've been looking at for my own. One has it in front of the bust. maybe put yours there and see what you think.

Re: Bob Lowery Batman Costume Tweaked

it would have taken all of about an hour to modify the cowl by a tailor but then it would have added $3 to the budget something that producer Sam Katzman would have avoided. So right Andy John was an old friend of mine and he had told me that they used a rubber band to keep the ears from flopping a...

Re: Batman Stuff You'd Never Part With...

I've heard so many stories of great collections having to be sold, I thank the good Lord that so far it has not happened to me. It might someday. The thought of letting go of the things you worked, saved and sacrificed so much for, gone. The friends you've made while collecting, and the people/ cele...

Re: Batman Stuff You'd Never Part With...

I would have to say I would get rid of nothing in my collection unless I had up graded. I would sell off any duplicates. I love all my collectibles, my Captain Action mint Batman costume in a duplicate box, My comics, photos, I have many original negatives and transparencies and posters and lobby ca...

Hey thanks for all the information . The label looks great, too bad we have never been privy to good (Auction house) photos of the actual prop.

Re: First post - could use utility belt advice

I notice that the word "REPELLENT" should have been a smaller font size with more letterspacing. I'll improve that in the next iteration. Other Then That It looks Spot on. The font looks right and the white border too. How did you make the Label ? I have the cans but have not made the labels for th...
