Re: First Time I ever saw Green Hornet

I think if the GH was given more of a chance to be viewed, it would be just as popular as the Batman show. Especially when Bruce Lee went on to higher levels as a major martial arts actor. Many Bruce Lee fans probly dont even know he played a tv role here in the U.S. as Kato. I also feel that if the...

Comm. Gordon and a H.O.F. NFL QB.

I was watching an old NFL game from 1985, and there was an interview with H.O.F. Redskins QB, Sammie Baugh. He was a hollywood western actor, and in 1941 Neil Hamilton a.k.a Comm. Gordon was in a movie with Sammie Baugh. Texas Rangers.

Re: The Green Hornet - Crime Drama

I agree, any new tv series about the Green Hornet should be about the main character, not his co-star. The tv series in 1966 fed off the popular show of Batman. Bruce Lee was still an un-known actor during his GH contract. Bruce didnt become a start until after the tv series was over. If you look ba...

Re: Why a Serious Green Hornet?

I think the writers of the recent Green Hornet movie were really clueless when they put this movie together. It's bad enough that the Green Hornet character is never given any exposure, or respect to give this crimefighter a chance to catch on with future fans. The movie made a joke out of the Britt...

Batman series of today

I was just wondering what the Bat fans would think if there was a new series of Batman, a newer spin-off from the 66 tv show. Only this show has no slapstick, off beat corny quotes or medifors from robin. The villians were more real criminals and not some hoaky character. And using the classic 66 Ba...

The Green Hornet - Crime Drama

I think if someone outthere had any real imagination with having the Green Hornet in a 1 hr crime drama show today, it would be successful. With all the misc. crime shows on network tv today, i would think the Green Hornet would get a fresh new audiance and a new well deserved respect that is highly...

Re: DC Comics VS MARK TOWLE 1966 Batmobile Replicas

Basiclly, the batmobile is a part of the Batman franchise, character, and merchandise. It is part of the Batman trademark. So to me, any car that is designed and sold for profit that replicates something that looks like the original subject should be given permission to do so by the tradmark ownersh...

Re: Would you have been a Bat-fan if the series had never ai

As a young kid in the mid 60's going into the late 60's, BATMAN was my hero, my favorite etc. Why, because it was on tv. You can see and hear the action and seeing this on tv made it all seem real. For those of you that were an older age in the 60's, their only Batman exposure was in comic books. So...

Re: My wife doesnt like Batman :(

Since your wife doesnt like Batman, ask her to contact me, i'll introduce her to the Green Hornet. Now that's a man that takes care of business, but never seems to get any fanfair or respect.

Re: Adam and Burt on "Totally Tracked Down"

I happened to catch this show , and at first the show looked really stupid. the show was leading to nowhere trying to locate Burt Ward. He was apparently at a show and was not going to be seen or interviewed. The interview with Adam West was just really lame. Adam tries to be a comedian and is reall...

Re: Green Hornet-Batman story

Yes, i know my chances of getting my story actually published is very little to non-excistance, And your right, at the moment it is all for fun. Its fun to think of different adventures that the Green Hornet can get involved in. I would like to see the Green Hornet get more public exposure, and brin...

Green Hornet-Batman story

Hi fellow GH fans. Iam slowly working on a story that brings the Green Hornet and Batman together on a super cross over book. I have to think about how i want to present this book. And how it falls more to the Green Hornet fans and then how it falls towards the Batman fans. I have a title already in...

The next Green Hornet actor

For those of you who have not seen the new movie Man Of Steel, i see what could be a very excellent fit for the role of Britt Reid. The actor who plays the role of Superman , Henry Cavill. His features, looks, build, would be a perfect match to play the role as Britt Reid & Green Hornet.
