Re: Tiny TV toy with Batman clips

I've been checking Walmart.com to see if they get back in stock, and when I checked today they aren;t even on the site anymore (?) Of course there are some on ebay but they are marked up in price quite a bit! I just checked the link that was posted earlier in this thread and they still come up on t...

1966 Enquirer with Batman story on eBay

There is a seller I follow on eBay who has a 1966 Enquirer for sale with an interesting cover story about our Batman. What's nice is you can enlarge the photos and read the story! I have not seen this before, but maybe others have. https://www.ebay.com/itm/224509626265?hash=item3445d10799:g:-70AAOSw...

Something about Batman's mouth on this figure reminds me of Cornelius from Planet of the Apes...

Re: What music was this?

I don't know if this helps, but the music is actually from the ABC "7 Nights to Remember" film that featured Batman and Robin previewing the 1966 fall schedule. Those old VHS tapes used some of the footage from 7 Nights. And I agree - fantastic music! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHapib...

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?

Thanks for the closer look at the tag for the "Pow" jacket...I recognized the brand as featuring complete suits - I have seen a number of Christmas themed suits for the holidays. Anyway, I checked out their web site...and a whole suit is available! https://www.opposuits.com/badaboom-comic-...

Re: Question about Batcave layout (tunnel)

Do we ever get an idea of the length of the Batpoles? The one episode where Alfred has the Joker trapped on the one Batpole gives the impression that they are much taller than I expected. Mainly because of the length of time Alfred lets the Joker drop before bringing him back up. I know its "B...

Thanks for posting this! I think the Robin shoes are great...the Batman ones don't do much for me. The best part is the logo which is hidden inside the shoe!

Celebrating 5 years of owning the complete series - Part 2

The complete series has been available 5 years! Do you still watch the series, either from your DVD's/blu-rays/or streaming? I'm not talking about catching it when it's on some cable channel, but actually popping in those discs or streaming an episode? And if so, how frequently? So, another poll!

Celebrating 5 years of owning the complete series

Hi all, It occurred to me that it was 5 years ago this month that the Batman series was finally released on DVD and Blu-ray! In honor of that great moment in Bat history, and because we haven't had a poll in ages, I thought I would create two different polls! This first one is to see how our members...

Re: BATMAN'S COMIC BOOK ADVENTURES

Some additional takeaways from me; 4- Who are the people yelling during the roof fight? There doesn't seem to be a building anywhere near close so these people would be looking at ants. Hey Andy, Wouldn't the people yelling be the same three guys seen earlier looking out the window who say they hav...

Re: Batman Was A Cowboy

That's interesting info about the Wild West set - those older non-sport cards are tough to find! Congrats on getting this card in such great shape.

By the way, I think you have your serial plots mixed up - Dr. Daka was in the first serial, not the one with Robert Lowery.
