Re: Batphone Beep?
As a musician, I can tell you the main note you hear is the note "D".
D6 to be exact, the second highest D on a standard 88 note keyboard.
I will have to check the blu rays when I have time, I think the batmobile and batcave use the same tone.

Re: Anyone here old enough to remember the original run?
For some reason, I remember 1966 in better detail than most other years in the '60's. Vacations we went on, Christmas, and especially Batman. As I mentioned elsewhere, I saw the traveling version of the Barris batmobile at a fair that year, and my pedal car became my batmobile, even though it was bl...

An observation about Siren...
I am watching the Siren episode right now and made an observation from a musician's point of view. Siren stated that she hits the note two octaves above high C ( I'm assuming she means C8 on a piano) BUT....
Alas, the annoying and usually held too long note she hits is F# !

Re: OFFICIAL BATMUSIC THREAD ADD TO IT WHEN YOU WILL
Ok, I checked. Not the Joker fight music, the Batgirl fight music, at least in her first appearance. I always liked this tune.

Re: A Batkid from the beginning.
I too am a bat kid from the beginning, and I can tell you that Batmania was the kids version of Beatlemania. I had my bat costume, my pedal car became the Batmobile, and I craved every toy there was. One of the biggest highlights of 1966 for me was that I got to see the Batmobile at a local fair in ...

Re: OFFICIAL BATMUSIC THREAD ADD TO IT WHEN YOU WILL
I will have to double check if it was not when they fought The Joker. I thought it was when Batgirl started.

Re: OFFICIAL BATMUSIC THREAD ADD TO IT WHEN YOU WILL
I've always liked the fight musc - I think the 3rd season version is what I am thinking. (12 string guitar instrumental)
I have both LPs shown above. It's not on the Riddle/Hefti LP nor is some of the villain music...

Am I imagining a movie scene or is it real?
I could have sworn that either the Return to the Batcave movie or Dragon, The Bruce Lee story had a scene where Bruce Lee was scaring Burt Ward thinking he was going to beat him up. Watched most of Dragon today, and all of "Batcave" but the only scene in Dragon was a recreation of a GH sce...

Stately Wayne Manor - opinions welcome (location)
Here's a fun question....
If Gotham City is modeled after NYC, then where would Wayne Manor be in relation to it?
The Hamptons?
Queens?
Somewhere in between?
North of Manhattan?
I've often wondered....

Re: Hot Wheels availability question.
There is also a 1:43 that is getting pretty expensive. It is he closest in size to the old Corgi and is more detailed. I have that one and the 1989 version. Glad I got them when they first came out.
