Re: POLL: Does The Siren have a superpower?

This is a tough question. My preference is that she doesn't have one. I prefer to think of her like I do Batman; someone who has honed her natural abilities to an astounding level. That makes her seem more realistic and inherently more dangerous to me. If she isn't super then there could be a Siren ...

Re: Behind the scenes footage on ebay!!!

The offer makes it clear that it is stuff that was filmed for episodes. My guess is 90% is from scenes that were reshot and these are the rejects. And a little bit may be scenes that were shot, but cut out of the final version. The production versions are probably better than these scenes anyway. An...

Re: Behind the scenes footage on ebay!!!

I am aware that most audio is/was added later. I have read that the audio for almost every outside scene is re-recorded as the audio is invariably ruined by extraneous noises or poor recording quality. When I was in college about a dozen students got to go to Hollywood with a teacher for two weeks a...

Re: Behind the scenes footage on ebay!!!

It's fascinating that these exist, but I'm wondering why they do. Can anyone on the board with studio experience explain how snippets of dailies from multiple episodes (and at least two seasons) might wind up on "compilation reels" like these? Would there be any reason to create such things in the ...

Re: Behind the scenes footage on ebay!!!

The bigger question is why wasn’t some of this stuff included on the dvd release? "The reels were thrown out in the 1980s and rescued from the dumpster. They have been stored away since then... until now." You assume that the creators of the dvd set magically knew how to contact this person several...

Re: Original Bat Shield up for auction

Dang, my collectibles budget this month is only $195,000.

Do they really expect it to sell for $400,000 to $600,000? Starting bid at $200,000 seems really, really high to me.

So why is it pink? I don't collect Hot Wheels or other collectibles, so this just seems odd to me.

A very well done video. Nice pan speed and awareness of the glare.

I love the Batclimb on the bookcase. Have you thought about adding one of the guest cameos sticking out of the window?

Re: Gordon/O'Hara bugged with microphones? (Question about possible scene from the series)

Hi Peter, My wife and I visited Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic back in 2006. I got sick in Vienna and didn't see much while in your country. It was probably something I ate in Hungary. I had a customer in Austria when I worked at Honeywell Aviation. They were a very nice c...

Re: Secondary Villains

True about Prudence. The Sandman is another example of lack of writers care. A sleepy villain with an alias and that he is European . That it? Catwoman in almost every other story near the end of season 2 Then paired these 2 up . Was he THAT bad Michael Rennie( ?????) that they added Catwoman? I th...

Welcome Peter. You have a good memory to recall l that scene in pretty good detail.

Do you mind if I ask where you live? It is nice to know that Batman has fans around the world.
