Re: Title Sequence Villains
Thanks for that information and the cool cell animation! If you've got any more you'd like to share, I'd love to see them! Do we know for sure that Clayface is the guy with the sack on his head? And one thing I noticed about season 3: Batgirl's animation is mostly moving a single cell, except the fi...

The Revolving Door of Mr. Freeze
I know that the 2nd Mr. Freeze was difficult to work with, but was the original coldster George Sanders ever asked back and he turned it down, or did they just decide to recast?

Re: Dawn Robbins at the end of The Penguin's A Jinx
but for some reason Dawn Robbins seemed saddest of the all! She eventually turned her heartache into an "alliance with the underworld" by becoming Mr. Freeze's (Eli Wallach version) moll. :P *CHOKE* you are right about that! I guess if you can't have Batman in your life, the next best thi...

Re: Dawn Robbins at the end of The Penguin's A Jinx
that was indeed sad... as was the death of Catwoman at the end of her first episode when she wouldn't let go of the loot.... but for some reason Dawn Robbins seemed saddest of the all!

Dawn Robbins at the end of The Penguin's A Jinx
Dawn Robbins the glamorous model (played by Lesley Parrish), after being rescued by Batman and Robin, is shown to be smitten by the crimefighter. This leads to a weirdly down-beat exchange at the end where Bruce Wayne realizes that "Batman" is going to get in the way of his love life, and ...

Re: Question about the Entrancing Dr. Cassandra
As to Killer Moth's original question, note the placement of the words "The End" in the frame and you'll see that it was meant as a joke. If that is the case, it seems a little crass to me in a show that was normally very tasteful, thought not out of bounds for alot of 60's era humor... y...

Re: USA Today rates Batgirl among TV's worst characters ever
Let's see - I just got through watching most of the 3rd season on ME-TV, and I'm not sure I get what you mean by Barbara Gordon being a social dinosaur. She wasn't Mrs. Peel in terms of a progressive portrayal per se, but she was a strong woman who seemed to fit the tone of the show and was pitch pe...

Re: USA Today rates Batgirl among TV's worst characters ever
Needles to say, I disagree! I knew that many regarded the 3rd season at the nadir of the show, but I found on rewatching them recently on ME-TV that the 3rd season episodes were among my favorite as a kid... and as an adult, I still thought they were fantastic. And Batgirl as a character did nothing...
