Is that for a bolt dyed the correct color? Maybe you could do a material group buy in for those interested.

Got the sample yesterday. The material is a close match to the original fabric texturewise but colorwise is too bright of a green. Would be perfect for a comic book robin, but doesn't match the screen used color which is more of an olive color. If we could only find a place that would dye the white ...

Just got an email from them , so I'll be getting a sample of the Kelly Green. I'll let you know about the color match as soon as I get it.

They must have raised the minimum. I looked at the site and it still had 15 yards listed. I asked for a sample so if I get one I'll compare it to the sample card that I have with the Hardeman patterns and see how close the color is.

Only problem is you have to buy 15 yards. The green looks pretty good. Wonder if the white could be dyed if sent somewhere? That is the acrylic fabric I found and mentioned earlier in this thread. If it was possible to get this dyed the correct color maybe we could do a group run for those interested.

Try some of the script sites like simply scripts.

BAD TIDINGS! The Fanboy Expo NOT Adam has cancelled the appearance of both Adam and Burt till next year because of health concerns in regards Adam's back. To say that I'm ticked off at the promotors is putting it mildly. Not sure if I'm going to go.

I'm presently doing a Hardeman style belt per Chuck's pattern. In the future I 'm going to do the alternate one that ties in the back and has the leather laces. Can anyone tell me the length of leather strapping I'll need on both sides of the buckle?

Things are looking up. Adam made it to the Niagarafalls comic con today. He's suppossed to appear Sunday too. He might make it to Tampa after all if he can avoid injuring himself any further.

I'm sure the closer we get we'll hear something. I still hope he'll be well enough for Tampa in August.
