I received my second costume in the mail and the quality is markedly improved. Though both gloves are still right handed, the cowl has ears and the entire fit is just plain better. The wig is only tacked on and it's pretty easy to remove. The bigger problem is my cowl has no ears! And both gloves are right handed! I already called to return and order new. Cross your fingers for me.
