On July 17 - 22, Eartha Kitt's pre-Broadway tour of "Peg" was at the Valley Forge Music Fair and then moved to the Camden County Music Fair from July 24 - 29. When the third season began production, James Mason was not available. He began filming DUFFY in Spain on August 8, 1967 for Columbia. It was shot circa May 12, 1967. Here's a clipping from Variety: Adam West London 5.17.67.JPG Scott pointed out to me that the captions on Getty's images state 6th May 1967 as the actual shoot date which makes a lot more sense given the gap between wrapping S2 in Feb/March and the S3 shooting commen...

He met with the Pope (along with Sophia Loren and Gina Lollobrigida) on May 6 and returned to LA on May 19.
