Re: Most Dramatic Moment

Well as a kid when I first saw the Bookworm episodes as mentioned above, where it appeared the Commissioner had been murdered was a total shock! In "Catwoman's Dressed to kill" you was always wondering are they going to save Batgirl or go after Catwoman, that was quite dramatic. Also in the "Riddler...

Re: Team Ups

I totally agree with the opinion that the Joker was wasted during the Movie, he was certainly a bit part player. I mean come on, he was there is serve tea to the Commodore!?! The Sandman episodes, were on the whole all about Sandman. However Catwoman was needed for the story to work. The police woma...

Re: favorite bat villan

Catwoman has always been a favourite from mine since a kid. I always enjoy the BlackWidow and Egghead in season two. My least favourite has always been Shame.

Re: Rating the Bat-Traps

Which death trap was the most clever? Catwoman's "bat on a hot tin roof" bat-trap. Which death trap was the most evil? The giant clam Which death trap was the most lame? Being tied down to railway tracks by False Face was very boring, generic cleshae (spelling) trap. Which death trap do you think wa...

Re: BATMAN D.V.D RELEASE ??????????????

Well I'm guessing we will all get a press release with the DVD artwork and features that we can pre-order from say Amazon for example. With a "coming soon" release date. Then probably a couple months after that they will have an actual release date. With DVD releases it does usually take a good 6 mo...

Re: So...where's the Green Hornet DVD release?

The quality of the picture isn't great as its not been remastered but still very much watchable. I don't...

Re: Batman TV series DVD set in 2014!!

I have the 1966 movie on Blu-Ray and its fantastic, colours are sharp, great dynamics etc..

I do agree with you JWLJN a Blu-Ray boxset of 120 episodes will be costly however I would be willing to set myself back a little to purchase them - would be totally worth it IMO!

Re: Say Goodbye to Your Bootlegs!

Yes, I do wonder as well what these tidbits and extras on these bootlegs are that some have mentioned? :?: Well I do own a copy of the "studio masters" set. What they have on each episode which does not appear on TV broadcasts/re-runs are "next villain" bumpers at the end of the second part episode...
