Re: 66 figures

I found Surfing Cesar today. They weren't in the system, so they charged me $9.97. I was okay with that since I bought the rest of them cheap through Amazon. It's a Batman 75 years endcap. One tray of '66 (all the single figures except for Riddler and regular Joker), one tray of some small Batman fi...

Re: Batman TV series DVD set in 2014!!

How anyone could complain about confirmed UNCUT remastered episodes on Blu-Ray for a little over a buck an episode (I just pre-ordered it for $189...it's back) of a show that they've been waiting years for is beyond me. Anything extra is a complete gift. I don't know if it's been mentioned, but the ...

Re: In what order will you watch the episodes on DVD?

Season 3 first. I know I'm in the minority, but I enjoy the seasons in reverse. I'm more a fan of the comedy of the show than the adventure aspect.

Re: Steel City Con

Yep, for many many years. We longtimers still call it "toy show." He's trying to make it bigger and bigger with more diverse activities, which is great for him and many of the attendees, but others like me just wish it was tables of stuff to peruse and a handful of celebrities as it used to be. It's...

Had not heard about this, and I keep up on notable obits. And Minerva keeps on going.

The closest to being a Special Guest Villain without being a Special Guest Villain.

RIP

Re: Link: Burt Ward on DVD release date and extras

I wouldn't read much into "Blu-Ray" not specifically being said. "DVD" is still the catch-all phrase for physical home media at this point.

Re: April 2nd , 1989.......

I wrote about him on my blog this week. I do think he had an inkling. It's not unheard of. He was clutching his chest at the HoF and got lost...he wasn't one to get lost in public speaking, it's what he did for the past 15 years or so. It's even possible that he had more of an inkling, that he had k...

My nearest TRU has gotten at least two cases of these in the past month or so as well as some cases of the figures, so they're shipping again.

Re: Would you have been a Bat-fan if the series had never ai

Nope. I grew up with the '80s syndication revival. I had some of the Kenner Super Power toys, and I had seen the movie. I remember my dad seeing in TV Guide that The Family Channel was going to re-run the show. He told me that I'd really like it, and I did. I liked it so much that whenever I would p...
