WOW!
I have never seen that before! My jaw dropped with all the behind the scenes footage.
*THAT* would be an excellent extra for the Blu-ray set.

Re: Wizard World Chicago
I went to C2E2 looking for you Andy but did not see you.
I only saw one 1966 Batman there and he seemed a bit miffed when I asked for his picture and tried to approach him.

Re: Batman TV series DVD set in 2014!!
Wow, it looks as if they got Adam for the special features and that was it. Didn't Burt mention he recently recorded some things for the DVDs? This wasn't mentioned in the features section. Also, I'm as puzzled as everyone else as lack of extra features. Yes it is a wonderful thing that we officiall...

Re: Is the Tim Burton Batman on it's Way to Being Forgotten
I thought the sets in the first Batman movie were nice. They were filmed at Pinewood Studios in England on a massive lot. Batman Returns I thought were ridiculous. The "town square" in Gotham is roughly two streets and they keep spots repeatedly. The rooftop scenes were even more cramped. ...

Re: Batman TV series DVD set in 2014!!
It's been said before but I'll say it again. This is the golden egg and it is well worth the money they are charging. Would I love for it to be $49.99? Heck, I'd like it to be $9.99 but that's not the way it is. I never thought in my lifetime that we would ever get an official Batmobile but we got t...

Re: Is the Tim Burton Batman on it's Way to Being Forgotten
The first Batman was my favorite followed by *gasp* Batman Forever. Batman Returns was a decent movie but it really was just a Tim Burton movie that happened to have Batman in it. DC/WB gave Burton free reign (unlike the first movie) to do what he wanted and we all saw the results. Like the previous...

Re: Batcycle Fuel Tank Bat Emblem
Did the original Batcycle logo have the extra "modifications" to the logo that George Barris added later on or is this what it originally looked like?

Batman's cowl - what kind of style were they going for?
The shell inside the cowl made for a unique look along with the straight ears on the side.
It wasn't 100% comic accurate but was curious where they got the design ideas? The one in the pilot looked OK from certain angles.
