Did the original Batcycle logo have the extra "modifications" to the logo that George Barris added later on or is this what it originally looked like?

The shell inside the cowl made for a unique look along with the straight ears on the side.

It wasn't 100% comic accurate but was curious where they got the design ideas? The one in the pilot looked OK from certain angles.
