Since DC did Harlan Ellison's unproduced Batman script, perhaps this story could come out in comic book form.

Re: Script: FASHIONS IN CRIME, by Peggy Shaw
Well Ms. Shaw's version seems to a bit more vicious that how CW later became in the second season. Some of the characters seem off, such as Alfred and Robin's reactions in the Kitty Kat Club, but I have to try to imagine how the actors would have done the scene. The final scene with "the kiss o...

Re: Batman's upcoming marriage?
Thanks guys. I feel the same way you do. Out of 11 covers, there are only about 2 that I would say looks presentable with Selina looking beautiful. Don't know why today's artists have to gross out the audience. There should be more fun to the event, and all I can see is dark and gritty. Wish they co...

Batman's upcoming marriage?
Dear Bat Friends: DC is really pushing Batman's marriage to Catwoman in Batman 50. They've shown some of the alternate covers, but I don't care for most of them. I don't care for the modern Princess of Plunder and her short hair. I much prefer Ms. Newmar's, Ms. Kitt's, and Ms. Merriweather's version...

Re: ARCHIE MEETS BATMAN '66 Coming this Summer
Maybe if Jeff Parker and other writers can come up with some more Batman 66 stories, they can publish them later on. I always to see other writers (who may not have liked the sixties series) do their take on the show. Would love to see Chris Clairemont, John Byrne, and a few others do their take on ...

To be on the opposing side, I'll take Batman 66 anyway I can take him.

Re: TO THE BATPOLES podcast #80: The ’66 Batman comic strip: Having it both ways
Dear Bat-Guys: Just listened to your podcast last night. While I did not agree with all your comments, I find the time enjoyable and gave your my rapt attention. One think, The Catwoman in this volume of the comic strip resembles the Julie Newmar version of the character, and it was probably the las...

Loved the theme song, it was very dynamic. I miss that in today's television themes.

Re: TO THE BATPOLES podcast #75: Reading Ross’ Draft Script “That Darned Catwoman”
As always, a fascinating podcast, guys. My favorite part of the episode was the one element some have no love for: Lesley Gore as Pussycat. Unlike Dick Grayson's various high school crushes, or Catwoman's previous assistant Eenie, Pussycat seemed to be more of an equal to Robin, at least on an emot...

Re: Script: THAT DARNED CATWOMAN, featuring Poison Ivy
Standouts from the script IMHO "Robin and Poison Ivy next to each other and hold hands like Nelson Eddy and Jeanette MacDonald." That's a good precise reference but for ignoramuses such as myself how did Nelson Eddy and Jeanette MacDonald hold hands? "I get the same prison term for kn...
