Damaged costume parts

Of course this damage/abuse was necessary for the script but here are some costume parts damaged perhaps beyond repair never to be reused again. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/apennyworth/batman/newDVDcaps/vlcsnap-2015-01-17-16h11m27s91.jpg~original http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/ape...

Re: More joys of the Blu-ray Discs...

Thanks for the comments and suggestions/ideas on how this scene was shot. If Batman/Robin were inserted optically after the Bruce scene was shot, then they must have had the forethought to have actors/people sitting in the Batmobile at that time as the extra weight (or lack of weight) would change t...

Re: More joys of the Blu-ray Discs...

We know of the 4 license plates that were used on the Batmobile http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/apennyworth/batman/newDVDcaps/4LicensePlates.jpg~original but look at all the other GOTHAM 1966 plates that were used during the series! (some were reused on different vehicles) http://img.photobuc...

Re: More joys of the Blu-ray Discs...

I agree Ben! It also changes from episode to episode. The later episodes seem to have a slightly softer focus overall. I'm cherry picking shots of the Batmobile and some shots are crystal clear, as if you are standing there with the car and others where the focus is juuuust off a bit and it looks l...

Re: Things you didn't notice or remember until seeing the DV

In "Batman Stands Pat" there is a scene where they get into the Batmobile, and Adam's cape is caught in the door. I wonder how many episodes did that happen in? Here is the episode you named and Hubie Kerns also had his cape caught! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/apennyworth/batmobile/NewDV...

Re: Things you didn't notice or remember until seeing the DV

Burt tells a lot of stories about getting injured on the set - check out the still from "Marsha, Queen of Diamonds" - nasty cuts and a bruise on Burt's right forearm that can be seen throughout the episode. I wonder if it was an on-set mishap that caused him this bat-tle scar!? Discussed on the old...

Re: My lunch with Hubie Kearns!

Here is Hubie Kerns maybe in his only "talking" role? From the 2nd part of "The Penguin's Goes Straight/Not Yet, He Ain't" This entire driving batcycle scene is shot w/ Hubie (Adam is seen in a static insert shot) and is that Hubie's voice saying "Gone straight huh?" or was that dubbed in later by A...

Re: Mushy Nebuchadnezzer trunks and robe

Back for a quick bat-break then back out for more shopping!
If you mean this from "Ring of Wax", as you can see it's a different outfit, but great that you remembered it was similar in style!

Re: Mushy Nebuchadnezzer trunks and robe

"EVERGOOD" not "EVERLAST"both on Batman and Riddler's trunks, trunk color same as his regular costume waist belt, and blue trim. On the robe's back is a white shield with the name "MUSHY NEBUCHADNEZZAR" ...hope these help. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v123/apennyworth/batman/costume/RiddlerBoxe...
