Re: Mystery Of The Bat-Man!" (1939) serial

Only two? Not even the six mentioned? That stinks.

Re: Things you didn't notice or remember until seeing the DVDs

The lights atop the brain scanning device from the first Egghead episode were reused atop the high voltage x-ray machine in "The Contaminated Cowl".

Re: Things you didn't notice or remember until seeing the DVDs

I never noticed that Clayface was included in the rouge of villains in the opening credits. Standing behind Catwoman in the mono colored row.

Re: Favorites

I have always loved this line spoken so proudly by Robin in "Batman Displays His Knowledge":
"I couldn't resist. You were taken in by her (Catwoman), but I'm too young for that sort of thing."

Re: Your Favorite Batman '66 Comics

I'm surprised that no one has yet to mention "The Two-Way Crimes Of Two-Face" . IMO one of the highlights of the series. Not so much the story itself which I think would have played out better in live action but, because it gave us one last adventure that was SUPPOSED to be a part of the s...

Re: Batman tv series to start screening in Australia again

Even though I have had it on bootleg DVD for sometime, there is something special about catching your favorite show on broadcast television. First run or syndication its still special. Something that today's kids just don't appreciate.

Wow! That is a really nice gesture. Thanks so much for the offer but, it wouldn't be fair to allknighters seeing as how I already relinquished the prize to him. I could only accept your offer if he approves. Thanks anyways. :)

Re: Your Favorite Batman '66 Comics

PS. Someone has reviewed that aspect of the mini-series! http://tiahblog.blogspot.com.au/2014/08/quick-robin-instant-bat-boot-regenerator.html Holy telepathy! That's the exact conclusion that I came to! I love it! Now I no longer see it as me covering for an error. Since others came to the same con...

Re: FUNKO SCREENTEST BATMAN GIVEAWAY ends Jul 6th

All right-- 38 entries and here are the results; I double checked the list and even had my right hand man give it a go through as well so if I missed anyone I apologize; The entries were put into a text file and then we used List Randomizer to shake 'em up and here are the results; The winner is......

Re: Your Favorite Batman '66 Comics

I like the issue where Minstrel has stolen the Shakespeare bust which locks Bruce and Dick out of the Batcave. as a result, they have to wear the prototype "screen-test" costumes that Alfred keeps in the Attic of Wayne Manor. (Odd thing, they never consider using Alfred's service elevator...

Your Favorite Batman '66 Comics

I just thought of this topic right before work so, I do not have time for a long detailed entry. I'll do a better one later. For starters, one of my favorite jokes in the series was in the "Osiris Virus" were King Tut introduces his supercharged charriot... THE Sar CAR [/i]phagus! Reading ...

Was Adam 's and Frank's Shea Stadium Performance Recorded?

I've been doing a lot of research and found pictures, articles, flyers etc but, nothing to indicate whether or not it was recorded. Does anybody know? As popular as the series was at the time I would think that it would have been. At the very least some news coverage.

Re: Things you didn't notice or remember until seeing the DVDs

While watching the episode "Green Ice" (specifically the scene where Mr. Freeze and his henchmen robbed the guests at Wayne Manor) I noticed that despite stealing watches and diamond necklesses, the crooks deglected to take Aunt Harriet's diamond bracelet.
