The Man From G.O.O.N.

Not sure if doing artwork is considered "Bat Crafts"? (Scott, Ben). But I was fooling around in Illustrator and created this image. Enjoy!

Re: When did the movie first air on TV?

I remember this airing. But wasn't sure if it was the first time on ABC. But I do remember getting excited for it I was I think 6 or 7 that it was about to be broadcast that summer. The promos must have been on in advance on ABC that it was coming. Because I remember getting set to watch it and inst...

Re: My Tribute to Adam West; 37 Years of Friendship

This is fantastic Wally. I hope you consider doing a book or documentary of some kind as a more formal chronicle of your friendship with Adam. It's very inspirational and heartfelt.

Re: BATMAN PREMIERE Jan 12th Revisited

Did the same. I wonder if it was such a cold night out on the East Coast 50 years ago. I was under 2 when it aired. Not sure if I actually saw the premier episode but my Parents used to tell me when the show was first on nothing could distract me from it. Very cool to see it at 7:30pm. Happy Bat Ann...

Catwoman chats with Batman. (Had the Batman bust sometime ago. Just got Catwoman and put the two together like they are talking to each other.)
"Uh, I don't think I can DO THAT, Batman!"

Re: Figures Toy Company Next waves?

I think the cowl version is totally fun. It is what it is. Maybe they should have made the plastic/rubber more thin near the neckline like the Barbie Ken cowl version?

Re: Figures Toy Company Next waves?

So looking at the back packaging. They got the rights to Chief O'Hara (Stafford Repp). It's seems Commissioner Gordon (Neil Hamilton) & Aunt Harriet (Madge Blake) is still being worked out??? I'll go for the Alan Napier Alfred too. Then of course, I have to get a Buzzy & Duke variant. It wou...

Re: Things you didn't notice or remember until seeing the DV

Third Season. Gotham City Library is the same set as Wayne Manor living room. You can tell by the archways. The Library uses both of them. Poor Bruce, Dick & Alfred had to huddle in the study. Bet with the decision to redress the Wayne Manor living room set was a factor not to use Madge Blake, o...

Star Trek and Batman 66 imaginary cover

I'm putting this imaginary cover I did up here in Bat Crafts of the original series Star Trek and Batman 66 comic book if they were to do a team up series. I think DC and IDW have worked together on past projects. It could be possible??? Let's hope so. Another Garman/Smith opus with D.C. Fontana?? F...

Re: John Astin May Have Noot Been Good As The Riddler, But .

This is a good thread! I just saw the Astin episode last night on Blu-Ray. He does his own take on it. Unfortunate for him is that it wasn't that interesting. That said, there is no ownership of the role - at all - in his Riddler. Gorshin OWNED that role. What he did was so creative, brilliant, enga...

Re: BATMAN '66 issue 13 (print version) opinion

If anybody listened to the Batman 1966 movie commentary by Lorenzo Semple Jr, he points out that writing Batman was a very tricky balance of humour/adventure. It's such a fine line to write. And some writers didn't hit the mark and some did. He doesn't mention his name but he describes Stanley Ralph...
