Re: Why a Serious Green Hornet?

You have to go way back to the days when the Green Hornet was on the radio. And then in movie theaters in 1939/40. The Green Hornet was always portrayed by a character that was out to do justice and the story lines were realalistic crimes. There were no odd-ball criminals, and the Batman tv series w...

The Green Hornet vs Batman villians

Hi fellow GH fans. Ive been tossing around some off the wall thoughts. We all know about the more famous villians from Batman, and the Green Hornet always fought local "real" criminals. If the Green Hornet had to fight any of the Batman villians, who would you like to see them fight? Here ...

Re: Comm. Gordon's Office - How High Up?

Everything you mentioned all add up with common sense, but when this show was on in the 60's, the average 5-10 yr old boy dont put much thought about what the skyline of gotham is in connection to other episodes. Don't know how old your are right now, but this show was not made for grown adults to d...

Any new GH movie talks ??

Has anyone heard of any news on any future GH movie or tv show projects? We need more GH talk. I want to see either a new movie with better actors, and better scripts, and possibly a new tv series. The movie of the GH was a total disgrace of the character. Maybe not for the new fans or younger fans....

Re: Where Was Gotham?

When ever you see the city skyline and the tall buildings, and busy city streets with lots of traffic, and people walking , it would give me the impression that Gotham was a city such as NY. I wouldnt have thought it to be in a city like phila. I live here in phila, and down town center city didnt e...

Re: Billy Loyd JR sad news

I just want to say that i don't normally visit the Batman board, but when i read this story, i just want to say how tragic this is. Many knew Mr. Loyd, met him at conventions, and corresponded with him as Bat fans. It's just a real shame he took his young son with him. So sad.....
