Well, thanks again all! I'm ok with the paint, though by no means an expert. Take my word for it; I've painted sculpts where the likeness just wasn't there. It ends up looking like a guy in a costume at a convention. Everything can be spot on but if the face underneath is wrong, then it's not workin...

Thanks! That is a custom outfit (coat, shirt pants) made by Inner Circle Toys to my specs. I provided the coat fabric myself. It seemed to be a very close color match to the screen version.... I later made some further modifications to the coat as well.

In my avatar you can see what I usually do; It's just a glossy paper cutout with the logo from whatever movie or TV show my custom is from. It covers the "third leg" of the base. I don't really bother with the floor of the base. The character is just gonna stand on top of it anyway...

I'm sure this has been reviewed here by those much more knowledgeable than me, but while GH is a Greenway production, it's not a DC/Warner character. I don't think there's any connection between the DVD release of Batman and that of GH....

Actually, having worked on a LOT of Batman comics, I've often wondered about it myself. I always assumed it would be harder to get a fix on his figure if it was obscured by a big billowing cape. Especially in the dark, where he can usually be found...
