Burt tells a lot of stories about getting injured on the set - check out the still from "Marsha, Queen of Diamonds" - nasty cuts and a bruise on Burt's right forearm that can be seen throughout the episode. I wonder if it was an on-set mishap that caused him this bat-tle scar!?

It's really fascinating to see the history in these costumes and the investigative work so many have done to learn more. It's almost like archeology! I'll bet the folks making those cowls never imagined that nearly 50 years later fans would still have such in-depth eyes on the details!
