Re: Any idea on this?
My guess would be it's from a Hobby or Art Store kit that deals in Plaster and Porcelain kits and molds. Then repackaged to make it look like a store item. You have worked with DC and Warners, have they ever not embossed the item with a copyright and also had it somewhere on the header card? Looks l...

For you archeologists, it is called a Bastet Statue. Good luck with your eBay searches.... Great Vintage Find Chuck. Love that it shows the details so Clear. Re: Drew Struzan poster.....
Do we know that someone else did the final head or did they give Struzan a chance to do it himself? Thor doesn't quite measure up but Cap is fun, and Diana's cute. Here is another look at the Superman poster. On the right is is Drew's painting on canvas of Superman On the left is his Poster, the Fa...

Re: New Tweeterhead '70s/'80s Batman Statue
If anything, I was a bigger fan of Struzan's Superman poster from the same line. To this day it's probably my favorite image of Superman in any medium, which is saying a lot for this major fan of Curt Swan, Wayne Boring and Dick Sprang. http://www.capedwonder.com/wp-content/uploads/CW-Drew-Struzan-...

Re: '66 Batman beach towels
That last one, with them running, was a beach towel. I had it and my mom folded over the top of the towel, sewed it together and then I ran a dowel through it and used it as a hanging banner in my bedroom. Years later, my two nephews got to use it and more recently, my son took his baths with it. I...

Re: '66 Batman beach towels
There were a number of great Batman Beach towels in the 60s. Wonderful art by comics greats.
I have the top 3 in my collection, still working on adding the bottom 3 although I'm not sure if the last one
was a beach, bath or dish towel.

Re: New Tweeterhead '70s/'80s Batman Statue
I love Tweeterhead, they are my go to for statues. I've gotten the 66 and classic Batman line and the Munsters. I did order the Super Powers Batman and Catwoman also Martian manhunter. While the Batman one looks magnificent It does look a lot like a rehash of the 2015 SideShow Premium Format Batman...

I had mine on Pre-Order from Big Bad Toy Store and got an email from them last month saying it had been cancelled by the producer. I assume that means Diamond. And they removed it from my Pre-Orders.

Re: Anyone want to buy the Batzooka?
this is clearly a reproduction. The fins are all wrong and the original did not have a bolt holding down the front of the orange cone. Also Burt states in his letter it was a gift and so not screen used. I would like to see the Bat-A-Rang though. Burt goes on to state : I took one. Years after the s...
