Great pictures - looks like a lot of fun!

The flaps are the same thing the blocks are made of - craft foam, but thinner, obviously. Glued on with contact cement. The snaps are the tops from metal cover-it-yourself buttons spray painted a nice matching yellow, then glued right to the flap. Took me less than an hour. RRR Great idea - good job!

Looking at photos, I'd say that's about the size of it. Others here may know specifically. I recommend printing one on paper and laying it across the area to see how it looks. There's nothing on this in the Bat-resources section but perhaps this could be the beginnings of adding a section for Batgir...

I think the cowl will be the tricky part. She has to wear glasses so going to try and make it fit over them. Depending upon her eyeglass prescription, you could always pick up a pair of ordinary reading glasses, take the lenses out and affix them to the inside of the cowl instead of worrying about ...

I always like Otto's Mr. Freeze best but I don't think he could/would have adapted to the campier scripts that followed.

Yes, the Batgirl suit looks good in the photos in this thread - my Batgirl hasn't had the chance yet to try on hers and the only thing I'm concerned about is the cowl - it sounds like it might be rather small and fragile.

There's only 2 sizes - Standard & X-Large. I have the Standard. The tags say the unitard, cape, gloves are 100% Polyester. The cowl is a combination of foam & polyester. The unitard does stretch. Here's my rating of the individual pieces from best to worst: 1 Unitard 2 Cape 3 Belt 4 Trunks 5...

You could probably have a local tailor move the emblem for less than $20 - I sent mine out to have it moved and to also have a bat-fly installed. Not sure what to say about the cowl, you are going to be moving around all the time so any fix may come undone.
