Yes, George Barris' "Mongrel T" was built for the 1967 Elvis movie, "Easy Come Easy Go" and was later used on Batman as the Joke/Joker-mobile. Sorry these screen grabs aren't better, I made this montage in 2009

here is a crescent moon and notice that cloud in the upper right, IF that was a full moon, the cloud moving right to left would look like it was BEHIND the moon as it passed in front of the bright moon. The cloud (in front of the moon) would not be able to be seen until it moved past the moon's left...
