That sounds pretty cool; how did the plot unfold?

Re: Actors you wish would have been casted as villains

Based on the ability to excise the Puzzler episode from the collective memory, I would have loved to have seen Hans Conried as The Bard. A frustrated actor who is obsessed with the life and works of William Shakespeare. He begins committing crimes in Gotham City that have a distinct Shakespearean th...

Re: Anyone here old enough to remember the original run?

I was in Kindergarten when the show premiered. I remember going to school on Thursday mornings and we'd talk about the show and wonder how B&R were going to escape; we could hardly wait for the show that night to find out what happens next. My mom also bought me the 45 of the theme and I remembe...

Re: For fans of Gilligan's Island

Thank you; I appreciate the kind words; I'm glad you enjoyed it. As it happens, I have posted it on two other GI message boards: sitcomsonline.com imdb.com I've received some great feedback from both. Funny thing about the last four verses. I had initially decided to end it with them getting on the ...

For fans of Gilligan's Island

Howdy Batfolks, This past Christmas, I came up with the idea of doing a Christmas poem with a Gilligan's Island theme. I hope you like it. A CASTAWAY CHRISTMAS 'Twas the night before Christmas; Just sit right back for a while. And read of a tale, From Gilligan’s Isle. All the Castaways were sleeping...

On a side note, in the animated opening, her cowl and batgirl cycle are as they appeared in the short pilot used to introduce the character.

Try facebook; she seems to have a very minimal page; if that in fact is her.

Re: Third season corrections

Thanks; I'm glad you liked it.

I had began working on a rough draft of the script a few years ago; however between the kids and work, I unfortunately never got around to finishing it. I've been wanting to get back to it lately. If I do, I 'll certainly post it here.

Re: Third season corrections

Instead of the Londinium episodes: Many years ago, I got the idea of turning the King Tut episode "I'll Be A Mummy's Uncle," into a three part episode. Have the first part end with him just about to break into the batcave while looking for the nylanium. The 2nd part begins with him breakin...

Re: Question Abt the 1966 BATMAN TV Opening animation scenes

Speaking of the Opening animation scenes; when Batgirl was added to the cast, she was also added to the opening animation titles as well. However, if you'll look closely, you'll see that it's the Batgirl as seen in the test footage where she's helping Batman and Robin fight The Moth. The batgirl cyc...

Re: (Pop) Cultural Reference in "Ring of Wax"?

This is just a guess, but since you mentioned a trench coat, perhaps the reference might have been to one of the many spy movies of the time that included scenes where agents passed information by writing codes in the margins of library books.

Just a thought.

When you don't have a batpole

Howdy Batfolks, As we all know, when Bruce & Dick wanted to change into their "work" clothes, they usually slid down the batpoles and through the magic of TV editing, would be instantly costumed and ready for action. I've always been a bit curious about those who have their own Batman,...
