Re: Diamond Select Batman resin statue
I had a conversation with Frank Winspur from Moebius last weekend, and the Penguin is coming next, scheduled to leave China soon to hit stores in August. Robin and Riddler they are hoping for late September, along with the 1/5 scale resin Batgirl.

Re: Diamond Select Batman resin statue
In the past, Moebius has released assembled kits as prepaints. Based on the pricing of some of those, I think if they DID release the AW Batman or JN Catwoman they would be around $80 or $90.

Re: Diamond Select Batman resin statue
I think that, for the price, the Hot Toys batman is a much better value. I was just going to suggest ranking the statues in terms of favorites. The Hot Toys is an action figure, but I can definitely support a case for a poseable statue. Heck, let's throw in the NECA as a poseable statue too. I love...

Re: Black Leather The Bat Cowl! What might have been!
WOW!!!! Really nice job Chuck! Personally, I think it was a good call to use a different likeness behind the cowl. I REALLY like the look of this, and I agree it could be a step toward the Keaton in cowl evolution. Not really suggestions, but things I would have an interest in seeing if someone was ...

Re: Catwoman 1/4 Scale Figure
Jeff; I just checked eBay, but James does not currently have any up for sale, he might be out of stock. I will leave price discussions to you and him, but the kit DOES include a two piece cowl (the faceplate is cast separately, similar to the Moebius plastic kit) and a base. Are you trying to contac...

Re: Batman Rankings
As progress pigment just mentioned, I believe Adam has portrayed batman longer than anybody else and he still is now via the animated movie! Math REALLY makes my head hurt, but I'm PRETTY certain if you add up the length of all the episodes of the various Batman animated series, video games and dir...

Re: Batman Rankings
They left Conroy out altogether, which is unfortunate. Kevin Conroy (for me) surpassed Adam AGES ago. The serial guys do not even register, as I have never had the patience to sit through an entire chapter, let alone the complete narrative of either. I HAVE seen bits of each though. REALLY gave it t...

Re: The Latest Batman Item You've Acquired?
I was absolutely blown away back in December when hannibal8 posted pics of his SPECTACULAR Catwoman paint-up, and I just received my copy of the kit yesterday. I am VERY pleased with the quality of both the sculpt AND the castings, so I thought I would shoot a few pics for folks that maybe are not a...

Re: Catwoman 1/4 Scale Figure
Received my kit from James today, and I am bowled over! Head is cast separately to make painting a snap, but just drops into place w/o any need for putty. From the photos, I was not seeing Julie at all, but a subtly stylized Lee Merriweather. The sculptor (Tony Cipriano) was at one time a maquette s...

Re: Catwoman 1/4 Scale Figure
WOW!!! Stylized or no, there is NO doubt WHICH version of the character this is!!! I am a HUGE fan of Tony from WAY back, and I think this might be even BETTER than the Vampirella prepaint he did a few years back (and THAT one was AWESOME). Excellent paint-up BTW!!!

D'OHH! I forgot that you were helping the folks at Tweeterhead. BTW, I am FINALLY getting down to wrapping up my own project for the Moebius Batman figure, so I will DEFINITELY be sending some pics for your perusal.
Thanks Chuck!

Re: Help Chuck Williams
Chuck; thanks very much for posting those ALOT of folks are waiting for the Moebius Robin (myself included). I spoke to Frank at Moebius last week and the boxes and instruction sheets are ready to go and Warner has granted final approval for release. Test shots are being assembled (AND painted; Chuc...
