Re: Hot Wheels Batmobile Variations
As Mattel can't seem to stick with one size, I'm referring to the type one finds on the pegs at toy stores. I've seen folks argue over the actual scale so I can't be more soecific.

Hot Wheels Batmobile Variations
Aside from the blue tinted vs clear windows and the version with trailer hitch, how many variations are there in the small scale BLACK HW Batmobile?

Re: Batman's Costume Colors
Apparently Batman's suit was changed by adding the yellow oval behind the Bat in Batman #164. Here are the covers of #163 (May '64) and #164 (June '64).

Re: Batman's Costume Colors
Biggest difference besides the shade of blue was that on the tv version the black face piece blends in with the rest of the cowl almost to the point of making the cowl look like it's all one color.

Bat Logos Used On The Show
As best as I can tell, there were five different Bat Logos used on the show.
1. Show Intro
2. Bat Signal
3.-4. Batmobile
5. Chest Insignia
6. Utility Belt Buckle

Re: Batman's Costume Colors
Adam's blue was almost purple whereas the comic rendering was a much lighter blue. As I was big time into the BatMan comics, I noticed the color change right away and the shrinking of the chest insignia when the TV show first hit the air. Personally I prefer the colors and style of the TV version to...

The Most Correct Batmobile?
I have several Batmobiles in my collection and have seen MANY more on the web, but they all seem to be lacking in one area or another. For example, the Funko 3.75 is pretty dang good, but lacks the hood mounted Bat Radar, has no trunk mounted antenna and the dash is without any detail. Not to mentio...

Re: Robin Chase
Hey, call me crazy, call me a cab or "Call Me Irresponsible" but I just can't see the '66 Robin being peg warmers. At the very least one MUST have a Robin to go with one's Batman. Then again, don't listen to me. I remarried my ex wife so how smart can I be?

Robin Chase
With the Mattel 6" figures, you had to buy the twofer "Wall Climbing" set to get a Robin figure. Now with the Funco 4" figures, the only way to snag Robin is with the Batmobile set. Why do you suppose the manufactures chose this course of action?

Don't know if it's my crappy laptop, but I can't see any of the attached images, nor those of the Wayne Family Crest thread either.
