Re: Is the Tim Burton Batman on it's Way to Being Forgotten
Great thread. Just want to reiterate what others have said here. The Tim Burton Batman films will not be forgotten. There is a whole generation out there that discovered the Batman character through that first film. Much like as many of us here discovered the '66 TV series as their gateway to the wo...

The Norm Saunders Topps cards are nice too. Would have hoped they were the photo Bat Laff cards.

Batman '66 Book & Record set
PowerRecords_Batman66_sm.jpg Don't you wish? Anyone remember these in the early Seventies? Take an issue of the current Batman '66 run and hire Adam & Burt to do the voices. Of course audiophiles would have to have the 45 in 180 gram vinyl. It's totally imaginary folks. It only exists in my nog...

Re: The Latest Batman Item You Acquired?
I went to a TRU in Oakville, ON this weekend and looked up to the extra stock on the top shelves to find 2 Mattel Batmobiles sitting there! I truly gasped! I couldn't believe my luck. I got one of the store staff to get the ladder and I bought one. Zowie!

Re: SPOILERS: Just Read Batman 66 Comic #1-Discussion Thread
Bob, I don't think you have to. I think they regularly monitor this site anyway. DC, the writers & artists, lawyers, the whole enchilada. This site pops up first in any web search for Batman 1966. I read both #1 & #2 online. It feels like an extension of the 1st season to me. I really love i...

Re: SPOILERS: Just Read Batman 66 Comic #1-Discussion Thread
It is a rights issue why you don't see Neil Hamilton, Stafford Repp, Alan Napier & Madge Blake likenesses in the comic. Artists were given a list of actors they could not use as photo reference and others that they could not. I imagine the same would be for Yvonne. My problem with the digital co...

Faux Brave & The Bold sixties cover
I created this imaginary Brave & The Bold cover recently. The artwork would be a true Carmine Infantino and Murphy Anderson cover. Infantino did the Batman image with Beast-Bomb Gorilla in a 1965 cover of Detective Comics. Anderson inked it. The Smart image comes from Aurora ad on the back of va...

Re: Season One One-Shot Most Worthy of Another Episode
Bookworm was the best. False Face would come in second for me.
I think there could have been endless ideas for episodes with him. Quite surprised they never did it again.

Re: What if? TV Guide listing...
Thank you Riddlersgurl. Yikes! Well, let's say in this imaginary TV universe the good Commissioner made some "personal changes" in Season 2. Pretty radical for Network TV at the time. ;) You are right, when you create this in a universe of one set of eyes... Still, no excuse.. my thanks. BF

What if Batgirl did go to pilot and became a series! Here, for your viewing pleasure, I present a TV Guide listing from what would have been Batgirl's 3rd Season Premier episode:
