Re: Question about Batcave layout (tunnel)

Do we ever get an idea of the length of the Batpoles? The one episode where Alfred has the Joker trapped on the one Batpole gives the impression that they are much taller than I expected. Mainly because of the length of time Alfred lets the Joker drop before bringing him back up. I know its "B...

Hey Andy,

What a great story and great art work :!: Are you able to send us a link to the online comic convention?

Re: BATMAN AND ROBIN SNEAKERS

Thanks for posting this! I think the Robin shoes are great...the Batman ones don't do much for me. The best part is the logo which is hidden inside the shoe!

Celebrating 5 years of owning the complete series - Part 2

The complete series has been available 5 years! Do you still watch the series, either from your DVD's/blu-rays/or streaming? I'm not talking about catching it when it's on some cable channel, but actually popping in those discs or streaming an episode? And if so, how frequently? So, another poll!

Celebrating 5 years of owning the complete series

Hi all, It occurred to me that it was 5 years ago this month that the Batman series was finally released on DVD and Blu-ray! In honor of that great moment in Bat history, and because we haven't had a poll in ages, I thought I would create two different polls! This first one is to see how our members...

Re: BATMAN'S COMIC BOOK ADVENTURES

Some additional takeaways from me; 4- Who are the people yelling during the roof fight? There doesn't seem to be a building anywhere near close so these people would be looking at ants. Hey Andy, Wouldn't the people yelling be the same three guys seen earlier looking out the window who say they hav...

Re: Batman Was A Cowboy

That's interesting info about the Wild West set - those older non-sport cards are tough to find! Congrats on getting this card in such great shape.

By the way, I think you have your serial plots mixed up - Dr. Daka was in the first serial, not the one with Robert Lowery.

Re: Batman: Mask of the Phantasm returns to theaters

I too saw the movie when it first came out, with an almost empty theater. We did go see the movie tonight - and the attendance hasn't improved in 25 years - 8 people total, including my wife and me. The film looked great, but quite frankly I didn't remember a thing about the movie. Sometimes memory ...

Re: The 'Floppy Show' with Adam West

A friend sent me this link, and I thought it would be fun to find the old post on our Bat Board and bring it back, seeing as how November 5 is the anniversary of this broadcast - 41 years ago. The original link no longer works, so here is an updated link for those who never saw it the first time aro...

Re: 1973 Saturday morning poll, pt. 1

As the Saturday morning poll has ended, it looks like Bugs and Lidsville were in an almost tie at 8am and Sigmund and the Brady Kids close to a tie at 11am. No surprise that Super Friends was the highest vote getter, but the animated Star Trek was right up there as well! Two great Saturday morning s...

1973 Saturday morning poll, pt. 1

I was thinking - we haven't had a poll in ages! And finding an old 1973 TV Guide got me thinking "what would I have watched in the fall on Saturday morning?" And I'd love to hear what others think. So here are your choices. Please select one from the 8am slot; one from the 8:30am slot; and...
