Here's comparative shots - they are different sets. The Batman ledge is also much taller and wider. The Lucy ledge is closer to ground.

Looks great! If you want to make an accurate belt, perhaps this will help you. Another idea I have for you is see if you can get a 3D printed version of an actual Cooper mask, scaled accordingly, attach a thin thread of elastic and then Batman has a Cooper mask to go over his Mego mask!

The font on the mask looks hand-drawn to me. Given the size you're going to use, perhaps this will do? Cropped image of original. Set at 4" now, just need to resize it to your needs. Glossy or semi-gloss paper/sticker should do it for brightness.

Several of these observed on ebay. From China. Suit Blazer, Shirt, Vest, Gloves, Tie, Hat, Pants w/ shoes offered separately if desired. Detail looks pretty impressive; prices are fairly low but variable. Do search on "Riddler Costume."

Kudos & great to see they finally went with your idea Andy. Wished they had used the original logo though and it is a real stretch to use the Classic TV series branding on this one.
