Re: Riddle Me This - #11
The first one is the human heart; it lives without a body because it's INSIDE a body, and everyone can hear it with a stethoscope, although you can't see it except during MRI's or CAT's, or even X-rays, as well as open heart surgery. The second one is an hourglass (Sorry Riddler Fan), but as to what...

Re: Riddle Me This - #11
Riddle me this . . . I live without a body and I speak without a voice. Everyone can hear me but no one can see me. What am I? The Wind. You can hear it, and feel it, but you can't see it. I have two bodies though the two are one. The stiller I stand, the faster I run. What am I? This one is toughe...

Re: Characteristics of Robin
I can sympathise with him having to learn Algebra. I HATE Algebra! Both now and waaaay back in High School.
Did ANYONE like learning that garbage? Aside from those that LIKED math that is.
And the thing is? We don't use it in real life!!!! So WHY DID WE HAVE TO LEARN THAT JUNK?

Re: FINAL ROUND: One-Shot Most Worthy of Another Episode
You could be right about that.
But Evans seemed to move more slowly, at least to my mind.
However, it's been quite a few decades since I've seen the episode, so I could be waaaay off base.

Re: FINAL ROUND: One-Shot Most Worthy of Another Episode
I kept expecting him to start quoting Shakespeare, the way he did as Maurice, Samantha's father. To be a BatVillain, you need a certain amount of pep in your step; he didn't have that. He was more of a villainous grandpa past his prime, that should be teaching all sorts of chicanery to his gra...

AAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!! Which one was it??? I usually went to the ones they had in the summer, but I don't remember him being on any of the guest lists.
Either that, or I didn't go to see his panel.

Re: FINAL ROUND: One-Shot Most Worthy of Another Episode
Maurice Evans was a bit too old and staid for the part, in my opinion.
He was an excellent actor, especially on Bewitched. But he just didn't have the get up and go that a BatVillain needs.
