It appears as if much of the footage could have been used for the final takes...but without sound it's difficult to tell. So the vast majority could be scenes from the series and without sound--for thousands of dollars. ...

We'll keep hunting and find it eventually. We Bat-fans are devoted. BTW, if anybody has any tips as to where I can find the elusive outtakes/slate reels I'd be MUCH appreciative. Ive seen some (thanks to some of the wonderful members on this board) but they are the biggest "missing piece"...

Not only is Purr-Fect Crime / Better Luck Next Time my favorite episode(s) but in my opinion it is also the best written episode.
