The toy car appears to be one of the Hot Wheels 1:18 scale cars, or possibly one of the 1/25th scale model kits.

Mark, that Batmobile is being displayed by Eugene Nock who owns the Batcopter.
It goes great on display when he has the Batcopter out for flights.
You would need to ask him on the details of where the Batmobile came from though. Jerry

Gene Nock bought it from John to showcase it with the Batcopter at shows.
