The toy car appears to be one of the Hot Wheels 1:18 scale cars, or possibly one of the 1/25th scale model kits.

No, it's mine! I bought it a few years ago. Toys R Us had them for around $30

Mark, that Batmobile is being displayed by Eugene Nock who owns the Batcopter.
It goes great on display when he has the Batcopter out for flights.
