HAHA! Nope, not making cowls back then. I wish I could have saved Adam from the horror that was "The Gila Cowl" !!!
It's my understanding that Western Costume had a set of the 66 costumes for rental. One of the rental leotard tops just went up for auction, mislabeled as screen used.
Wouldn't surprise me if this is the Western Costume rental Batsuit.

I have seen the difference between the cowls batman wore during the series, I count at least eight different ones, Which one is the Gila cowl?

I honestly cringe everytime I see the Gila cowl - I wonder how Adam felt wearing it?
