Batgirl costume

In season 1 episode 23 the Ring of wax, the female helping the Riddler is in a purple tight outfit. Is this the same outfit minus the bat symbol that Batgirl wears in season three when she appears? It looks exactly the same. I know they used to re-use costumes for different TV shows but I didn't think they would use the exact same one for the same series. I was just curious.

Good eye. I don't know if it is the exact same outfit, but it is the same material.

I think Cornelia in The Impractical Jokers/The Joker's Provokers wears an outfit of the same material.

I can't believe they would re purpose an existing costume for a new regular character.. Her costume was probably the same material but brand new.

Yes, clearly Moth and Cornelia are wearing similar costumes made of Lurex. The same pattern and material would be used later for Batgirl's costume.
