Actor Jacques Bergerac passed on June 15, 2014. at his home in Anglet, France.

Jacques appeared as 'French Freddy the Fence' in two episodes, "Batman Displays His Knowledge" and "Minerva, Mayhem and Millionaires."

Had not heard about this, and I keep up on notable obits. And Minerva keeps on going.

The closest to being a Special Guest Villain without being a Special Guest Villain.

Man that's 2 people so far. Though this one is from the series, Casey still had something do do with the Batman community.
