Which Villain was The Highest Paid?

I don't know if this was ever posted,but was wondering was their a center villain on Batman that was the highest paid out of all them,or were they paid straight across the same? Thanks.

Based on what I've read, all "Special Guest Villains (and Villainesses)" were paid the same amount of money. I think it was $1250 per half-hour episode.

Burgess Meridith, played in more episodes than any other actor, I'll even go on to say I think TPTB invested a lot in the Penguin character, which is why he played more episodes.
