Batman and Robin... love Arbys!

Anyone remember these Arbys commercials from the mid-80s?

I only saw it once when I was a kid but they would have a lot of different people defending their love for Arbys.

Policeman, Firefighters, doctors and yes one was Batman & Robin. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the 1966 costumes but I could be mistaken.

Anyone have any info?

WOW! I couldn't even find the promo poster!

Excellent memory old chum, I did ask about it years ago but didn't realize it was almost 10 years ago!

Thanks for the heads up! They were definitely going for the 1966 Robin look with the leggings and the Batman costume is decent too.

Than Adam West stretches his cape out and steps in front of Burt Ward, "yes, the Red Robin was actually MY idea..." Then he tips his cowl, which is annoying, which is touched upon in another thread. HOLY TIE-INS. You then hear a fist slammed into a hand, guess whose, and Robin grunts something unintelligible - well, it's sort of intelligible, but you can't say those things on this board.
