Will more people attend cons as Batman characters?

Since the show has been released, do those who attend conventions expect to see more people attend as characters from the show? I've never been to one and am curious if something like this causes more interest in a show's characters.

I am always impressed by the work that people do on their costumes and have been a little disappointed in the lack of recent photos of people at cons in costume. I'm hoping the release of the show will generate some more interest in cosplay for our Batman and the rest.

I believe so!
this will be my 21st year at SDCC, my family and I will be dressed as 66 characters.
It is hard to believe that my 8 & 5 year old boys love the show and ask my to put it on for tv time.
we always dress up Batman/ DC ish, but this year will be 1966 all over again

Sorry. I've been posting more of that stuff over on Facebook since I figured people were pretty tired of seeing my mug posted here over and over through the years. Also the lack of feedback when I did post certainly gave me that impression as well.

We made a pretty big group or conventions like Big Wow and SDCC last year.

I do a LOT of cons every year and there is already a large Batman Cosplay factor. I can't imagine it increasing.
