Eddie Hice, 1930-2015
I learned today that Eddie Hice passed away in 2015 and thought I would start a thread. (I couldn't find one via the 'search' function.)
In his long and varied career as a stunt man, Hice was involved with both the Batman television show and movie. In the movie, he was 'Guinea Pig #1' who The Penguin dehydrated (along with four other henchmen) and transported to the Bat Cave to finish off Batman and Robin. He was also the last of the 'GPs' to disappear in the fight scene after the Penguin clocks him.
Hice was also the stunt double for Frank Gorshin as he was of a similar height and build to Gorshin, In the Cinefantastique discussion of the show in the 90s, Hice was quoted that he got the Riddler stunt double job because he didn't look overweight in the Riddler leotard and tights costume!
Here is his obituary:

Guinea Pigs in the Batman movie by Ian McLean, on Flickr
Eddie Hice is Guinea Pig #1 and Guy Way is Guinea Pig #2 in the 1966 "Batman" movie. (Eddie was the Riddler's stunt double in the TV series and Guy was King Tut's.)

I must be completely honest about it--If I applied to the United Underworld and they told me all the 'henchman' positions were gone but we still have a couple of 'guinea pig' openings, I would've said, hard pass.

My hobbies include gazing at the Siren and doing her bidding, evil or otherwise.

They could either wear black on "Batman" or red on "Star Trek"...
