I had always wondered how Howard Duff managed to squeeze in his classic appearance on Batman while he was starring in another ABC series at the same time. I just watched an episode of The Felony Squad, where his character was severely wounded from a gunshot. That obviously meant he was absent from most of the episode, which was shown on February 12, 1968.
Figuring that there's usually about a two-month gap between production and viewing, that means it was probably filmed in early December 1967. His appearance as Cabala (with then-wife Ida Lupino) in the second-last episode was undoubtedly shot at the same time, considering the usual break-neck production wrapped on the Minerva episode on December 21.
