Re: Ranking the villains
They placed some of my bottom feeders fairly high up on their list. I'm not going to list anyone as this has to be one of the most subjective topics in the world.

Re: Ranking the villains
1.) The Joker
2.) The Riddler
3.) The Penguin
4.) Catwoman (Julie & Lee)
5.) Mr. Freeze (Sanders & Otto)
6.) False Face
7.) The Mad Hatter
8.) The Bookworm
9.) The Clock King
10.) King Tut
11.)The Sandman, Egghead, and The Siren in a 3 way tie.
In their first couple of episodes the Joker & Riddler were brilliant. And although he became a buffoon all too quickly, I give The Joker the edge because he was pretty darn scary in the first season. The wasn't much to The Bookworm, but the fantastic Roddy McDowell didn't camp it up or phone it in like so many other actors would have, so I rank BW high. It's a wonderful episode. Egghead is memorable, and should have been a great villain -- Vincent Price was great as always -- but 'Eggy' never managed to get even one good episode under his belt. They blew a terrific chance. Pengy was great, and Burgess Meredith was very consistent in his portrayal. Although he seemed a little wiped out in the later episodes. If Newmar had walked away after "Purrfect Crime", I'd put her above Pengy.

Cassandra at number 8? What a strange list but I guess it's subjective.
