Kathleen Crowley, who played the deluded socialite Sophia Starr who nearly marries Penguin in Season One, died on Sunday at the age of 87. The obit below offers a small anecdote about the scene in which it "rains" indoors prior to the ill-fated wedding:

Very sad that almost none are left but then you realize it was 5 decades ago and even we ourselves aren't getting any younger.

Anyway , I liked her character....RIP
