The "King Tut" museum exterior

Post by LA Batfan »

I always love driving by the old Scottish Rite Masonic Temple here in Los Angeles, because stock footage of it was used several times in BATMAN, most famously as the museum where King Tut "rises" again.

If you're ever in L.A., drive by 4357 Wilshire Blvd. It's an impressive building, and a great BATMAN exterior location.

It is also the exterior of the Batman Museum per this collection of interstitials/promos/bumpers for TV Land's Batmanathon in 2002. Check the video at 3:33.

Has it really been 15 years?

Just don't ham it up and yell, "Is there a doctor in the house?"
