Looks Photoshopped to me. Her hair disappears into the superimposed fleshy parts.

Look at all the blurs!! I saw this, probably 5 yrs ago. Fake. A BAD fake. I'd be surprised if anyone was fooled. The bottom half is at least 20 yrs newer.
