White building in "Riddlers false notion"

The one Batman runs out from to meet Gordon.......

Is this currently a hostel , saw an ad on airbnb or something , the front looked similar ?

The building in question is actually the front offices of The Culver Studios, it was built in the style of a Colonial home. We see it used multiple times in the show. It’s still there and in use today. You can actually view it from the street too if you ever find yourself on Culver Blvd
