More archive clipping gold! Thanks, Bob!

To think, this is only referring to those who actually made their way on to the lot, let alone those waiting at the gates on Ince Blvd. hoping to catch a glance at the Caped Crusaders.

My pleasure, Chuck.

I'm just amazed they would allow so many children on the set. With such a tight shooting schedule - and the very real possibility of noise and re-takes - that's very surprising.

And what surprises me is the fact that with all the retakes there exists no out takes or later known as "bloopers". :o

There was at least one blooper reel for an end-of-season wrap party. I tried to find it for Adam when I was assembling his early TV work for him in the late '80's. I spoke to several people that should have known where it was, including archivists at ABC, 20th Century Fox, William Dozier and Charles Fitzsimons. They remembered it but couldn't tell me what happened to the reels.

It was more than likely 35mm color work print picture and 35mm full-coat magnetic tracks that were shown interlocked. A shame they haven't surfaced.
